Wilfley 7000

Wilfley 7000

  • Shaking table is driven by time proven, ultra robust, Wilfley head motion with stroke characteristics specifically tailored to the recycling industry
  • Head motion lubricated by internal sump, which in turn provides splash lubrication to the upper parts, ensuring easy maintenance
  • Deck is supported on reinforced structure which moves on 2x spring packs providing easy maintenance and minimal componentry
  • Tables are made from high quality timber construction and top specification plywood deck, completely sealed from water ingress with standard 5mm rubber cover for maximum durability (white or black option)
  • Different riffle patterns can be supplied to maximise metallurgical performance and are all securely pinned to the surface, we do not bond or mould as part of construction. Which maintains a super sharp profile for metallurgical performance.  At the same time this allows for easy replacement if required
  • Table tilt can be easily adjusted using a hand wheel, even while the machine is in operation
  • Choice of concrete plinth or steel base mountings
  • All feed/product launders polyurethane lined, if included in supply
  • All Steels Galvanised (BS EN1461)
  • Fitted 2.2kW IP56 motor

Wilfley Recycling Separation

The stroke range of the Wilfley 7000 enables the easy separation of non-ferrous recycling material.

From WEEE to cable the 7000 table achieves an excellent upgrading of all valuable metals.

Video shows copper extracted from WEEE recycling.

Wilfley Operation Animation

The Wilfley shaking table has a very simple shake pattern when compared to the Holman. This is ideal for the easier to separate recycling materials of copper and plastic.

It also extends the particle size possible in recycling applications.

Wilfley Shaking Tables

The Wilfley shaking table we produce today is still faithful to its origins. However, with extensive research we have specifically modified the stroke produced by the Wilfley head motion to allow the 7000 machine to perform in an unrivalled capacity in the recycling industry.

With one eye on the global need to recycle and reuse, the Wilfley 7000 is designed to extract as much copper and valuable metals from WEEE and circuit componentry as possible.

In the global drive for metals this puts the Wilfley 7000 shaking table in a well placed and well proven position to achieve these requirements.
